The staff was highly profession. The environment was fully equipped and high tech.. The X-ray process was very fast compared to the old days. But I wish I could say they deserve only 4 stars because they refused to give me anything stronger for the severe pain of surgery; ibuprofen. You can't imagine the horror when I realized they weren't going to help as the Novocaine wore out. This NOT a reflection on this place though. Staff is very friendly and the dentist were great. Had a good experience and nice work done to my teeth. Office is clean staff is well experienced
This office is amazing, great service and excellent doctors, dental assistant Clara was awesome, explained all the treatments and made me feel very comfortable, I definitely recommend this office and I will continue all my dental treatments here.
This place is a scam. A dentist that I trust told me that HMO insurance plans don't pay the dentist much so they make up charges. I've experienced this in a few different cities now. First, dentist of West Covina charged me $20. Then the nurse took me back and took around 10 very uncomfortable x-rays and she messed up a few of them and had to redo them. Then Dr. Kang came in and poked a couple of my teeth for no more than 3 min and told me that I had 3 cavities. He just pointed to some areas in shadow on the xray and claimed... read more
