Feeling a bit slighted. Went in for an emergency extraction. Was told I’d need to do an extraction and implant as best course of action. Was given an estimate thinking everything discussed and treatment plan was good only to find out that I was only paying for the extraction and nothing in regards to the implant was taken care of. Even though it was forefront of all of the conversations. The dentist and assistants made sure I was comfortable during the whole process after telling them I have major anxiety.
Professional and friendly
My dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.....all 32s! I have deep pockets, so she took extra gentle care to make sure I was well throughout the process! I appreciate her thoughtfulness, because I do not like pain. She's a WINNER! 🥰
