They are professional and they work with MediCal insurance. I did Invisalign with them as well as general checkups/cleanings. (Only yearly checkups were covered by MediCal, the rest I had to pay out of pocket.) But their pricing is decent. And I worked with them for a reasonable payment plan for my Invisalign.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place . I love how they made me feel comfortable , going to the dentist can give you anxiety but they made sure to make me feel relaxed. The front desk girls were welcoming & really nice . Gracie was really patient with me when it came to the financial portion , and gave me some really great options for payments . If I wasn’t moving I would be coming here more often.
High school attitude from ALL FEMALE RECEPTIONIST staff .They will only get you a consultation NOT A FIRST APPOINTMENT they are so rude and get your appointments wrong 3 times they did this . I received wrong appointment notifications I found out they rebooked a day before I found out when I got there and they got the info wrong so it’s not my fault I didn’t know they posted the wrong date/time .
