I had Gabby do X-rays of my teeth, and she was the Nicest, and so was the Dr, they got me in and done everything today. So glad I went there, was nervous but after I sat there all my nerves went away and I would definitely go back if I have more problems.
I had an appointment scheduled and I could not make the appointment so I called to cancel and reschedule and I was told there would be a $50 rescheduling fee because it was less than 24 hours ( 10 minutes less than 24 hours) This was a decision made by the office manager Lauren….horrible customer service. I just read your response and found it funny that the refund wasn’t mentioned in our phone conversation where you were extremely unhelpful but on this review for all to see sound so concerned and willing to try for a resolu... read more
