If I could give Bella Dental Group 10 stars, I absolutely would. I have a huge fear of dentists, and Dr. Roya Nematollahi is truly the most gentle, kind, and patient dentist I've ever had. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bella Dental Group and especially Yesenia, who works the front desk and schedules appointments. From the moment we walked in, she made the entire experience feel personal, warm, and genuinely caring. The service was for my elderly dad, who needed dentures. Been too long since I've been to a dentist and wanted to give this place a try. Everyone was very lovely, and I'm happy to say I'll definitely be back.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received. My inlay crown fell off for no reason after only a few months since it was done. When I finally came back to have it redone, they kept offering additional services that I didn’t need. After I politely refused, the service became unsatisfactory — the lady dentist even said “tsk tsk,” which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I only wanted my crown fixed, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Definitely not a good experience.
I have been coming to this dentist office for many years now, and every visit I've had a good experience! Yesenia at the front desk is professional and welcoming. Juan is fast and efficient. Dr Roya takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about patients’ comfort and dental health. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and gentle dentist.
