The team at Bella Dental treats you like you’re family and goes out of their way to accommodate you. I’ve had a few emergencies where I needed to be seen quickly and others where I had to reschedule, and in each case the team was understanding and helpful in taking care of me. They’ve been my choice of care from the beginning where I had to get braces as an adult, a new veneer for a broken tooth, special treatment for gum disease, and of course my annual cleanings. I can’t recommend them enough!
They convinced me to replace a filling they said was going to fall out. Then, their brand new filling fell out. The owner tried to sell me expensive treatments I didn’t need during the procedure and told me I’d “get used to it” when she didn’t shave the filling down enough to fit my bite. Thankfully, the staff ignored her and adjusted it for me, but even then, the filling still fell out. The staff seem conscientious, competent, and caring. The owner, however, does not. I really love Bella Dental. I'm willing to commute over 40 minutes for my appointments because the staff are very friendly and because unlike the 3 previous dentists I've had, they seem more interested in my oral health than their profits. Highly recommend!
Bella dental group has a kind and helpful staff, and Dr. Roya is both professional and caring. Highly recommend!
