Know one every answer there phones there and I've been rescheduled 2 times and and was called on the day of my appointments to tell me the doctor is out ....so frustrating that I can't even get my kids in for cleaning or for them to look at a spacer they put in my child's mouth ....terrible place Fallow up i tried calling to speak with office manager a received a call from the front desk person who said she was told by the manager to call me after i bluntly stated i wanted to talk with a manager so now I'm waiting for anothe... read more

Absolutely worst Dentist. Very unprofessional. I’m worse off now than I was before I went in. Went in for cavity and now I feel like he hit a nerve and the pain is awful. Went back and explained and he was rude and never fixed issue. Also the call center is a joke. That shouldn’t even be allowed. The person answering barely speaks English. You also can call for days without anyone even answering. What’s bad is they are aware of this issue and just don’t care. So unprofessional

This place does not answer phones no matter what time you call … how can you schedule or reschedule or have any services done ? So when I came in office lady up front asked if I had an issue or a problem cause I had did a review . I explained my issue and her response was they have a call center answering their phones. That there not in office … also if they see a call they try to answer not my case I even offered to show call log she states if I’m disappointed I could go somewhere else she was rude .
