The staff at the Concord/Kannapolis location, are super friendly and try their best to take care of you. However beware. Do NOT pay for Endo (Root Canal), upfront. Make sure they fully complete the treatment before paying. I paid in advance a few days before my appointment, to ensure there were no issues. The day of the root canal, I arrived early and everything seemed to be going well. First visit. Friendly staff and dentist
Made my appointment and there is no dentist there for another two hours. If I cancel theres a fee but they just dont have to be there on time. I woke up early on my day off for this. Would not recommend
