The team here were absolutely great they responded to my call on Sunday when I was stressed about my sons teeth gave me advise and responded to photos. I called on the monday and they fitted him in as an emergency for an appointment. They were so good with him as i was worried about his first time at the dentist being traumatic as he is 3. But honestly thank you
We’ve taken our kids here for the past 2 years and always received excellent care. They are great with little kids, patient and adapt the care so my youngest felt comfortable and excited to go back. Only down side was the wait times of 35-40mins past our appointment time but I guess that’s what happens when you show compassion and attention to detail to each client.
Am on holiday from the UK and had toothache/ gum pain for a few days. My daughter in law made me an appointment at Bunbury Dental Clinic plus it was an emergency from my point of view. Treated with kindness and and everyone wete very understanding. Total in their hands, and everything was explained. All the staff were very nice, and thankfully they sorted me. I had a wisdom tooth giving me lots of pain plus I didn’t feel too well at all. Thank you all very much, you have made my day very happy
I have just experienced the best dental care I have ever had. I am a visitor to Australia and ended up with a crown and pin falling out. The dental technician at this facility made space for me and dealt with my problem in a professional and caring way. All the staff were fantastic. I would rate them highly and would recommend them to anyone needing assistance.
Fantastic from the moment you walk in the girls at the front desk are lovely and the dentist is amazing , today was the first time in years I haven't been nervous to go to the dentist. He even has a TV on the ceiling now so I watched a cooking show while he drills away . Highly recommend this dental surgery.
