Worst dental treatment at this facility. Left me with a temporary crown for over six months. Not only did they leave me with a temp crown my crown fell off, and I swallowed it ending me up at the ER. And when I notified the office about it, they told me they will schedule me for further treatment which I’ve never received to this date and had to find a new office to clean up their work. Medicaid insurance DO NOT GO THEY WILL BILL FOR EVERYTHING IN THE DENTAL BOOK !! My partner received poor dental TX here root canal that are way pass the APX ! TEMPORARY CROWNS left on for more than 6 months. Poor communication with front staff ! Literally your nightmare dentist that your scared for life. I went to my consult appointment about 2 weeks ago before scheduling the appointment I did ask how long the appointment would take and they assured me no longer then an hour at which my appointment took close to 2 hours I understand sometimes doctors are behind on patients so I waited patiently, but my problem came afterwards when I was supposed to get a call to schedule my next appointment once my insurance approved the procedure I needed done. I went in thinking I was getting a cleaning, which turned out to be a tooth extraction because I had a broken tooth. The dentist was very aggressive and rude. But the procedure was okay. Now I’m having side effects from the tooth extraction. The worst Mother’s Day weekend I ever had.
Seems to be understaffed. Need to hire more people.
