I had my 1st appointment with them today at 9am. I was there at 8:45am. The staff did not show up untill 9:15 and by 9:33 they had taken 2 client that came after me. I was not happy and I decide to leave because if this was my first experience this would not be a good fit for me.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your dental office in Bowie. I have been a patient at this practice for some time and have previously received services such as cleanings, crowns, and root canals. While my only prior concern had been long wait times and providers seeing multiple patients at once, my most recent visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a dental office. They don't know how to manage appointments They told me the date for my surgery but never put it in. Just for me to do all the preparations, calling off from work and upon checking on the appointment while at the pediatrician to do the necessary paperwork, they tell me they can't find my appointment. Very disappointing. A zero star
