Everything went very smoothly today at my appointment. Staff was very congenial and personable. Dr Timpson talked me through the entire procedure on what he was doing and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent service today.
Update to the dental clinic::: I never had any problems with my dental insurance and my insurance pay you for my visit …. It’s looks like after 2 years you decided come up with this …. If I had a problem where you was 2 years ??? On my insurance website showing you got pay and I don’t own anything… Greedy company…. looks like I have to file a complaint with your nevada Department of Insurance. Shar is a fantastic hygienist. Really takes the time to not only clean your teeth but also educates on proper ways to clean once you leave their office. Shar is always looking for the best options of treatment for your oral hygiene. Shantell is also an excellent team member that makes you feel welcome as well. Great staff and location!
My first experience with my new dentist - nothing but good to report. Dr. Nisson pointed out issues missed by prior dentists (like a piece of tooth left behind from a prior extraction) and his recommendations were based on actual need, not profit. Office staff, assistants and cleaning team were top notch. Very happy I found them. I would recommend this office and Dr. Nisson to anyone!
Had a routine exam, x-rays and cleaning today. As always, everyone is so nice and welcoming in this office. They are very thorough and offer sound advice for keeping healthy teeth and gums. This is definitely the dental practice of choice for my wife and I.
