Absolutely appalling experience. I paid $13,000 for crown veneers here and was told they would last 15–20 years. In just 3 years, the front veneers have fallen out five times. Each time I had to claim through my health fund—nothing was ever covered by the clinic. On the 5th occasion, they flat-out refused to repair unless I paid out of pocket. To make matters worse, every “repair” has been a different shape or mismatched colour, leaving me with teeth that look sloppy and inconsistent. Now I’ve been left toothless for 3 weeks... read more
