I genuinely like this dental office and the staff—they’re professional, friendly, and they work with you no matter your insurance situation. They accept pretty much all insurance plans, and if you don’t have insurance, they still try to make treatment affordable, which I really respect. The doctor is so unprofessional. He never addressed my issue, just gave me a paper to go somewhere else. I waited so long for this appointment and now I have to make another one. Sadly, my tooth still hurts and I cannot even get to someone because they put you in hold for HOURS.

Over 7 hours on hold just to try to make a dental appointment. To call back again to then have the call “mysteriously” ended. To call again to reach after hours care who “leave a message” every single time. Pretty sure my message reaches the garbage because no one calls back. Then this process of being on hold for over 3hrs repeats every time you call. And this has been for 2 weeks straight now. The dentist are great that’s about it.
