I came here for the first time knowing I needed 2-3 cavities filled in and some other work. The staff at the front was amazing, friendly, kind. The office, clean and pristine and organized and just seemed to be running so well. The dentist Dr. Su was my dentist and she was amazing. So professional, so careful, always communicating what she was doing, no surprises. No pain, just a pleasant experience despite having 3 fillings and a numbing shot. This place tried to straight-up scam me, and I’ve been a patient here for FIVE years. I walked in asking if they accepted my Ambetter insurance — they said yes. They never verified anything, told me to text my insurance card, took my usual $100, and rushed me to the back. No explanation, no breakdown, nothing. A completely different doctor than the one I’ve always seen looked at my x-rays and suddenly claimed I had a “callous”… something no dentist has ever mentioned in half a decade of clean exams. This was my first visit to this clinic today, and the experience was very good. From registering my information at the reception desk to having my blood pressure checked and taking multiple X-rays, the staff were very attentive and considerate. I especially want to thank Dr. Su for explaining things very clearly and giving me excellent advice.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Su for so many years and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. They always explain everything clearly, make sure I’m comfortable, and truly care about my dental health. The entire team is warm and professional — I actually look forward to my appointments!
Dr. Su and her clinic is the best—patient, gentle, and great with explanations. The office runs on time and everyone is welcoming. Our family goes here and we’ve had consistently great care. Five stars!
