I paid my payment early due to being busy over the Christmas period and received an email on the payment day to say I’d missed the payment. When I called them I’d said I’d paid it early and as I hadn’t received a confirmation email for my early payment, I’d asked them to confirm they received it. They said they did, but somehow it’s only seen as an ‘extra payment’ and could actually effect your credit report as a missed payment if you I didn’t pay the payment AGAIN. Do not use! fees are higher than payments on occasions and it’s simply impossible to get a hold of them to sort out issues. Issues can be done by the dentist when it’s set up at no fault of your own. Cost me hundreds, don’t bother. It’s just a way for dentist to upsell unnecessary treatments that cost the end consumer way more in the long run, then finding an alternative dentist or paying up front.

I missed a payment which was immediately rectified via Bpay (one of the options listed in the notification sent). This was paid on the same day payment was due. I'm now being charged a $38 "reprocessing fee" when they don't need to actually reprocess anything. Customer service (when I eventually found an email address) was unhelpful and so short in their reply it was actually rude.
