My plan got rejected automatically because I ticked the 'I work' box but also ticked the 'I get some centrelink income too' box. They never called to clarify or ask for payslips, just hit the reject button so now I'm going to pay in full and not give Denticare my business at all.
Do not under any circumstances get involved with this company. No payment reminders then my payment was not successful the money was there but issue with my bank tried to rectify no help took it upon themselves to withdraw a random 40$ for late fees without getting back to me no notice just helped themselves then nothing but issues from there . Paid off the plan one month early and had to give them another $400 when they bounced my account.
I paid my payment early due to being busy over the Christmas period and received an email on the payment day to say I’d missed the payment. When I called them I’d said I’d paid it early and as I hadn’t received a confirmation email for my early payment, I’d asked them to confirm they received it. They said they did, but somehow it’s only seen as an ‘extra payment’ and could actually effect your credit report as a missed payment if you I didn’t pay the payment AGAIN.
