This office is outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Zhewu Xu for his professionalism, caring approach, and the reasonable prices for dental implants. The doctor is genuinely attentive to patients, and the office staff is kind, cheerful, and welcoming. Dental work may not be enjoyable, but this clinic ensures the pain is minimal and provides a meticulously planned treatment process. Truly impressive!
Watch out!! They will try to get the most from you and your health insurance with procedures you don't need!! I went for a cleaning, didn't get one, but instead I got a bunch of x rays (I get it) AAANDD a CT scan which they assured my insurance will cover! Surprise! I got a bill from my insurance, off course they didn't cover a CT scan, and regular cleaning wasn't done!
I absolutely love this dental office. I’ve been going for a few years now and recently changed my daughter’s dentist to this office and she shares the same sentiments. Dr Sarembock is amazing and compassionate towards his patients. Latonya the administrator is extremely personable, friendly and helpful. They seem to truly care about about what they do and it shows.
This office has terrible customer service and is very unorganized. There have been two different occasions where I have left work early to make it to my appointment and upon arrival, I was either informed that the office was closed or the necessary materials for my appointment were not there. On both occasions, I confirmed my appointment ahead of time and was not informed that my appointment would not be able to be completed until I arrived on site.
