Very poor customer service. Be sure to double-check that they’ve verified your insurance because this office is extremely unprofessional. The doctor is rarely available, and it feels like they don’t take their responsibilities seriously.
BEWARE DENTIFIRST IS BILLING INCORRECTLY TO FORCE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR COVERED BY HUMANA 2 PREVENTATIVE NEW PATIENT EXAM IS NOT USING CORRECT CODE FOR HUMANA DENTAL INSURANCE AND DUE TO PAINFUL BITE WINGS I ONLY DID THE DENTAL PREVENTATIVE EXAM I WAS SCHEDULED - I GOT A BALANCE IS NOT TRUE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. AND TERRIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The most lovely and luxurious dentist experience I’ve had. Going to the dentist always felt like a burden. I didn’t ever expect to have a positive experience. Dentfirst is so clean, everything is new. The staff is so lovely and full of smiles. And the dentist actually took the time to show me xrays, explain, share options, etc. I had a really positive experience. Recommend you try it too.
This office is outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Zhewu Xu for his professionalism, caring approach, and the reasonable prices for dental implants. The doctor is genuinely attentive to patients, and the office staff is kind, cheerful, and welcoming. Dental work may not be enjoyable, but this clinic ensures the pain is minimal and provides a meticulously planned treatment process. Truly impressive!
Watch out!! They will try to get the most from you and your health insurance with procedures you don't need!! I went for a cleaning, didn't get one, but instead I got a bunch of x rays (I get it) AAANDD a CT scan which they assured my insurance will cover! Surprise! I got a bill from my insurance, off course they didn't cover a CT scan, and regular cleaning wasn't done!
