Great staff and dental service. But wow, they don’t communicate to you when you have a balance- I asked the staff to check my coverage for fillings and made my payment. Months later I came for a cleaning and they said I had a $200 balance and can’t see me until I paid. I drove 2 hours out of my way today to come to this appointment just to be turned away because I don’t want to shell out $200 unexpectedly. Very poor customer service. Be sure to double-check that they’ve verified your insurance because this office is extremely unprofessional. The doctor is rarely available, and it feels like they don’t take their responsibilities seriously.

The most lovely and luxurious dentist experience I’ve had. Going to the dentist always felt like a burden. I didn’t ever expect to have a positive experience. Dentfirst is so clean, everything is new. The staff is so lovely and full of smiles. And the dentist actually took the time to show me xrays, explain, share options, etc. I had a really positive experience. Recommend you try it too.
