I asked for treatment notes. I was sent those of someone else.
I felt rushed and dismissed by the receptionist (STEPHANIE) the moment I called. She cut me off mid-sentence, acted annoyed when I had questions, and basically tried to end the call as quickly as possible. It was clear she didn’t want to help or be there. If the front desk can’t handle basic customer service, it reflects poorly on the entire practice. My appointment is tomorrow I hope it’s better in person
The team was so sweet with me and was completely understanding and flexible with any discomforts or phobias of mine. they talked with me through the process kept me laughing and made me feel comfortable. i will be coming back and couldn’t be more thankful for their understanding and patience.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very accommodating and thoughtful. I am giving a huge shotout to Asia, Stephanie and Patricia, thanks for all you did to help my proccess run smoothly.
Amazing experience! Brittany, the Practice Administrator, was fantastic and very friendly. Patti, the hygienist took her time and even provided some useful consulting to help me in the future! Thanks again!
