Taylor was my hygienist today and she an AMAZING job! She was very patient and answered every question that I had. Made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and made sure I was aware of any issues that came along the way. Definitely enjoyed my experience!
I came to this location from a very positive referral and I'm so happy I did, my visit yesterday was very professional and welcoming. I appreciate Dr. Latosha Harris for taking her time, explaining my x-rays and plans my upcoming treatment and finish off a great visit, I was left feeling secure by Ms. Patricia as she explained my insurance details and even gave me options to ensure all my treatments would be covered and taking care of. Thank you, staff! GREAT job and keep up the wonderful work.
As usual Dent1st doesn’t disappoint! I missed my appointment a while back and they were able to get me in same day when I called to schedule a new one. Brittany is always so sweet in person and over the phone! I had a new dental hygienist, Taylor, and she’s by far the best I had! We had a few conversations, laughed, and she even sat down to give me a better understanding of what was happing with my gums/teeth. Noone ever answers the phone! Ive tried calling mornings/ afternoon and no answer! Very frustrating. Ive been waiting on a refund for a credit on my acct and still haven’t rcvd it. Its been over a month now. Planning to find a new dentist. Not satisfied at all!
