Marcella was great and super competent. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful.
I have a CREDIT balance of $91.50 and I have asked for my refund several times and they always say different things. (that they will send it to me, that they will return it to my credit card, that the money is from my insurance etc etc.) I overpaid and they must return my money, it is the way this company steals from people, by overcharging and keeping the money. They have not returned that money since 2023. I need my money back!!!
I wouldn’t chose another location. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customers have what’s needed.
Sewi, Dr Chong's assistant has always been a joy. When she cares for me during a procedure, she's slways kind, patient and has a great bedside manner. ❤️🩹 Tiffany has also been helpful and thorough when explaining my benefits.
Dr. Raley’s Ortho team is truly amazing. Stacey the manager and Toni helped me out tremendously today with my ortho emergency. They were very nice and friendly. No matter what office I see them at I always get the same treatment. I am literally still with this company with of THEM!!!
