I am a Difficult Customer/patient in the best of circumstances, I hate schmoozing, I hate telephone-hold self-promoting blather like "sorry for the wait, we'll be right with you, at BlahBlahInc, we care," I despise franchise cookie-cutter businesses, and I could go on and on. My spouse had a doctors appointment on Saturday January 7 2017 at 10 a.m. Nobody was at the Jonesboro location that day. NOBODY THOUGHT TO CALL TO SAY THEIR OFFICE WAS GOING TO BE CLOSED. HERE IS THE GOOD PART; THE OFFICE STAFF DIDN'T APOLOGIZE BUT SIMPLY SAID"WE COULD NOT GET A DOCTOR HERE THAT DAY". Very unprofessional and not considerate. NO APOLOGY FOR THAT.
