We're a fairly new business that took over a very poorly run practice. We're contacted with Premier, Dentemax and connection as far as 3rd parties. Please note- lower fee schedules ALWAYS prevail... which is garbage Dentemax. Most insurance companies, i.e 3rd party, will allow you to opt out for certain providers.... NOPE, not Dentemax. Their fees are lower than to directly contract.... fast nickel... you may as well take an HMO policy... you must terminate your contract, because they do NOT allow opt outs. We've got a... read more
Horrible all the way! Poor fee schedules, do not process claims correctly, have not updated their fee schedules with carriers. Pathetic customer service and all of them very poor knowledge and always give false or misleading information on benefits.
charging me $700 to release twain drivers because I am switching dental management company. It is no wonder they are failing.
