Excellent work and good communication. Had fairly extensive bodywork on our SUV and it all turned out amazing. I appreciate the extra touches.

These people are sick! I told them I was having trouble trying find a tow company to tow my car because of the holidays. I finally had a resolution then found out they had impounded my car without prior notice! I wouldn’t trust them with your car, you just don’t know what they’re going to do to it without telling you. Depending on how things turn out, I’ll have to see them in court.
Had a terrible experience at this place. They’ve kept my car for over 2 months now. Owner called and said he wanted to work something out but then ghosted me.
I would highly recommend Thurston County Collisions, they have a great team who works very hard to provide the best service possible. They do quality work and are very kind genuine people, hopefully i don’t have to use their services again, but if i’m in another accident I’ll be going back to them.
