Dentcare provided the root canal and crown, for the price stated in their benefits section. When it came to the crown lengthening procedure, they did not cover the amount. The crown lengthening is an essential ingredient for the service of the tooth I needed fixed. What is the logic in providing for the beginning, but not the end, product. I have the misfortune of being covered by dentcare under my companies dental plan. Three times i have been denied coverage. I needed root canals, permanent bridge as well. They cover nothing. Its like they go out of there way to deny every claim i put in for my dental work. They are awful.
