It was my first time going to the dentist in a couple years and I absolutely loved the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and such good vibes and in that moment I knew I made a good decision with this clinic. The dental hygienist (Nova) was amazing. She answered every question and was so friendly. She also let me know I was missing glue on my retainer so she gave me a sticky note on what to show my orthodontist so I didn’t forget. We had such an amazing experience with Dental X! Zeandy, the receptionist, was so nice & friendly! The office felt so luxurious! The dental hygienists, Nova & Rose, were such rockstars! They took such awesome care of our teeth - it didn’t even feel like we went to the dentist! Also they have an awesome promotion right now where new clients get an electronic toothbrush! So we def got our bang for our buck! 10/10 would recommend! (Sad I forgot to take a pic, but trust me, our teeth were sparklin!)
My mum and I had an awesome experience at Dental X. We weren’t expecting to get an appointment before January, but thanks to Zeandy’s prompt response, she was able to book us in sooner. All staff members were kind, caring and very professional from the moment I called on the phone to the moment I left the office. Reception makes you feel welcome, and the doctors and hygienists make you feel like your health matters. It's also a very clean and modern office. I've only been once so far but my first impression of them was spectacular.. Thank you!
