I had such a positive experience at Dental X . The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organized ( def love the aquarium they have there) . My dental hygienist Rose was really engaging and encouraging explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. MY UPDATE: When I posted my review about a terrible experience with this business, they did not only take time to look at my profile, to see what happened, but also create a ridiculous story about me. 1. They said that I used government insurance, I did not pay. The fact that I am working my professional job and have Canada Life Insurance which covers 90% of my dental expense. I PAID 10%. I had an exellent experience with this Clinic today . Dr Shian was knowledgeable and patiantly explained everything to me. Staff are very professional and Courteous. I would definitely recommend Dentalx downsview.
