The Willoughby Office is closed and has been since COVID. Really had no issues with the Dentists, DDS, or the techs. The billing, particularly Debbie, was and still is a disaster. When the Willoughby office closed I followed her to Mayfield Heights office and the billing service did not improve. Mayfield has a new Office Manager that seems to be getting the front of the office straightened out hopefully, been happy dealing with him rather than Debbie.

They didn’t tell me the location I had been going to closed down. I started planning to move out of state 8 months ago and they have been fighting me every step of the way when it comes to transferring. I have called at least a dozen times in the last 2 months since I moved and each time they either don’t answer or they ask if they can put me on hold and instead hang up without calling me back. I plan on calling these guys!!!!! To get my teeth work done I'm so tired of being run around and I need dentists that care I'm looking forward and from the good reviews I will be happy to get the work I need done!!!!!! I hope these guys will help get my work done!!!!! I'm rating five stars because from alotta the reviews I'm trusting them!!!!! So dental work get ready for a new patient!!!! I'm counting on you guys!!!!
Bad customer service every time something wrong happened. I will be the last one to know and when they close down, no one told me and my teeth started shifting because I didn’t have my retainer. It was a long process before I even gotten in the system again and no one let me know anything.
