Friendly people and great services
Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable first time there I think I've found my new Dentist
I don’t like the dentist she’s rude treat me like am not paying for the visit she was so quick not even saying bye My favorite people is the front desk and Janet she’s the reason we go to this place always treat me and my kids good. And they also need to take care of the cleaning the place always dusty and trash everywhere even the restroom disgusting.
All the employees are personable and friendly and always willing to help in any way!
Poor communication when it comes to scheduling and billing. First they had no record of my appointment when I got there even though it was confirmed through their call center. Glad I had kept my email confirmation. Then was told how much it would be before I got my X-rays. Somehow had a "credit" on my account. Probably because they messed up my bill from last time I was there. Then I pay before I leave. About 3 hours later I get a call saying the X-rays weren't on my bill and had to pay the additional $38 or it would go to c... read more
