Never returns phone calls. Billing me for something I don't owe. All messages left are still not answered. Secor dentalworks won't respond to my messages. My bill was paid in full.
Dentalworks in Secor Square is a great dental office. The people are so nice and professional!
The entire experience has been miserable. It took a 20 minute phone call with a call center to make my first appointment. I asked for pricing and they said call the office. I called the office 3 times an no one ever answered. I left a message the 3rd call and never received a call back. I stopped in 2 weeks later and waited to talk to someone. I really enjoyed the whole team and process here at Dental works. It started with being greeted by Adam, meeting the assistant who took me back and started the process for evaluation, Maria. Meeting the Dentist who is a friendly dentist, then the hygienist who was knowledgeable and willing to talk with me on options, then moving on to the long term plan with Adam again. I was happy with who my team is and how they will collectively get me to a better smile. Thank you all.
