Very friendly and thorough staff, very clean environs, great communication.
I had an appointment on July 18 and when I got there the office was closed and no one notified me about the office being closed - when Dr Smith left they never told patients he was gone or that he was leaving - the front desk people change with the seasons - every six months there are new staff - Tracy, the hygienist is the only consistent employee and she’s very pleasant and considerate and she does a great job with cleaning your teeth - idk what’s going on over there in royal oak but they need to do better.
They just try to sell their $149 membership to customers!!!
