Disingenuous business practices and poor time management. I was double charged for a regular cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance (2x per calendar year verified and showed to them!). My guess is they coded the 'regular cleaning' incorrectly for whatever reason, even though they confirmed that the regular cleaning code is an option in their system. I booked a cleaning. Please do not switch that up and code in something not covered by insurance. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
Unbelievably bad customer service and extremely unprofessional. I made an appt on a Thurs for following Monday, they call on Monday to tell me I have to move my appt because person will be at lunch. I reschedule for 2 days later, they call me a little while before my appt and they tell me they don't take my insurance. They are listed on my providers list with 4 providers. They neglected to keep their info current with provider, they neglected to check it before my first appointment and they neglected to check it until right ... read more
Tired calling customer care to get a billing issue sorted out and they never addressed my issue after calling multiple times.
Our experience with this location was absolutely horrific. I’ll summarize to this- over billed by 000s, could never get anyone on the phone, scheduling nightmare, 2x had appointments and arrived to find location locked up and empty… and so much more. Luckily and to our great surprise, they have a new practice manager and a new doc. Zaire is awesome. He listens, he remembers, and he cares.
