Went down to three star because I got my wisdom teeth removed and I had DentalWorks send my X-rays. Well they never sent them and when the nurses had to call them the day of my appointment to get them, they blamed me. Saying patients never do anything right and cause them to over work. Excuse me? I called you the DAY I made my appointment for my wisdom teeth. Sorry I thought you knew how to do your job. If you have to do more work it’s because you guys are unorganized. I will no longer be returning to this DentalWorks again.
Having a dentist and a hygienist that you trust and feel comfortable with is the greatest thing to someone who is afraid of hearing the word "Dentist ". DentalWorks in Troy is the perfect place to go if you need a Dentist, not to mention Latoya at the front desk, she's awesome
