I think the dental assistant lacked professionalism. He kept spraying water all over my face and into my hair. He didn’t care to suction my mouth or adjust it. I had to do it myself. he didn’t even rinse my mouth. The dentist didn’t seem to care at all or even notice. Putting in a small filling in the front tooth loses the Polish. Something they should know and I shouldn’t have to ask to have it match my other tooth.
This place sucks. I have been going here for years. Every year (twice a yaar) my appointments are always rescheduled and pushed back to an inconvenient time weeks/months after the initial scheduling due to the doctor or hygienist not being available. As a result I never receive my 2 annual cleanings. When rescheduling there is no flexibility nor availability within weeks.
