I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Had root canal and crown work done. A post was put in to secure the temp. (Absolutely was needed). When the permanent crown arrived it was so secure the post came out with the temp. I knew it because I couldn't feel it anymore.. this was on 12/22 . The last day of a certain dentists employment there. Rather than resetting the post he simply cemented in the crown . It came out and was swallowed on 12-24.. I was told I should have dug it out of my shit and brought it back in by the nastiness person I've ever dealt with there. ... read more

Update* I find more reasons to really hate this place. When I originally got invisalign they gave me a set price of 600 dollars for the entire treatment based on my insurance. The number seemed low and I asked are you sure this is all I pay for the entire treatment? They said yes. I signed by signature on the paperwork they gave me. They even called my insurance to confirm this. Now all of a sudden ive been getting calls about this mysterious 480 dollars that I need to pay. This place has caused me so much stress. I have started my Invisalign journey with so called DentalWorks & Orthodontics Strongsville when the orthodontist is there according to the rude manager once a month. My appointments to see the doctor have been canceled and rescheduled 3 times either the day of or the day before, by a text message not even a phone call.
