Unprofessional is the word that comes to mind. I got an appointment for a consult as my wisdom teeth are causing issues and need to be removed, and they got me in within a week, which was great. Flawless consult, x-rays to assess the situation, the doc, nurse, and I all agree that the situation looks manageable, and I need to book an appointment with their oral surgeon.
