I had an appointment today to get some servo Es done. The young lady told me the cost, but no one had told me what it would be for this service. The manager came in and apologized for the communication about the service, but it's funny how they always tell me the price of the service on my last visit. I was disappointed in how it was handled, and I felt let down because no one prepared me for this service, which had not happened to me at the office in Burlington.
