Run.... I haven't met such an unprofessional dental/orthodontics office as Dental Works. I previously switched here when my insurance changed, they were able to get my sons braces on right away. After they installed the braces, no one was ever available to see him, even on emergency bases if the wire or bands fell off. Then the location closed and they said to contact Strongsville. Switched location for orthodontics without notification. Carrie, the office manager is impossible to get ahold of. Will not return a phone call. Had to send certified mail to cancel my contract and they are still trying to bill me past my last service date. Please go to an orthodontist who has a true full-time practice. This is no way to manage a business!
My visits and treatment have been okay, however, my portion of the bill is always "calculated" before I leave the visit and I am required to pay that amount. Well, it Never is as much as they tell me to pay and I always run a credit. My last visit was on 02/06/25 for a normal cleaning and exam, and I was required to pay $112.64. I highly doubted the amount I was being asked to pay, but paid it anyway.
