I am so disappointed with Dental works in Elgin. After my first visit I had given them A good review Dr Davis was very kind and seem to care about my health. Well can’t say the same about their billing department they would give me a quote before hand and I would pay my portion. The next visit they would say oh you have a balance due the insurance didn’t cover this or that. usually small amounts then in September they start sending me a statement with a summary of what I owe with no details . Great staff, very knowledgeable, friendly, and the dentists and hygienists are very gentle with their patients!
Zero stars . I came there for an exam and cleaning which I do every 6 months with no problem. This was my first visit because my previous dental office no longer accepts my insurance . Unfortunately I booked with Dentalworks of Elgin and they refused to do any cleaning after the exam . The hygienist had no available spots so I would have to schedule another appointment.
