This was the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I signed a contract with them, and the terms were completely disregarded. Billing was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. A dental bridge was placed on June 10, 2025, and it broke on October 30, 2025 — after only 3.5 months. When I contacted the office about repairing it, they refused to fix it and instead demanded additional payment.
