Horrible Customer Service! I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service My mother had a previous no-NCNS fee, there was no reason to speak to a patient in such a disrespectful and intimidating way, especially when she was never refusing to pay the fee. If payment was required before the appointment, this could have been communicated respectfully and professionally. Also staff refused to relay a message to the doctor.
