I had a bad outcome with the Greensboro location and decided to send my young adult child to this location. The outcome was the same. Mismanaging dental insurance.! When you call to make appointment. You give them your insurance information to be ran before the appointment..Before..! What Dental Works is doing, instead of calling to verify insurance before the client appointment date..They just run ALL X-rays including Panoramic X-rays without checking to see if you had them done within the 3-5 year allowance period..And whe... read more
