While Dr Hughes and medical staff were wonderful the front desk workers were unprofessional and rude. My concerns were brushed off and no effort was made to assist or resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable for a medical office. As a walk in patient, I have never been treated as rude in a medical office as I was there.
These people are nice BUT they are the reason why I don’t like the dentist. My sisters bite was off and when she went back to our other dentist they asked her “when was the last time you went to the dentist because you have a rather large cavity by the nerve”……..again nice people…..semi questionable work methods. We are now happily back at our regular dentist. Also DO NOT go under anesthesia with this place!! It took them 6 tries to get the anesthesia to work when my brother went. I LOVE Dr.A literally the BEST but sadly this will be my last appointment due to an encounter with the front desk. I called to schedule an appointment after having a root canal and needed to have the final step scheduled. I called the front desk from 805am to 9am and no one answered. I had to have my mother drive down to the office and put me on speakerphone to talk to someone. The lady that addressed both my mother and I was rude and told me to leave a voicemail next time.
