I am not comfortable with our billing. You dont do a good job on matching the EOB from the dental insurance companies and assume this problem will disappear.

I was there for deep cleaning, descaling for my second round. Both times I was burned with the laser and there wasn't really any acknowledgement that she burned my lip on the inside in a couple of spots... Not very steady work.
Polite staff and hygienist was thorough and overall did a great job
