I have never had worse customer service. They want payment up front and then take months to credit your credit card account when they are reimbursed by insurance. They have also billed my insurance company multiple times for the same service. This has caused them to not balance my account in a timely matter. To top if off, if you don't request the refund owned you, they won't credit your charge account! I will never use them again! It is a shame because Jose Varela DDS great. If you are looking for a new dentist, I recommend looking elsewhere. When I called ahead of my appointment, I was told that my visit would be covered by my insurance, but when I showed up, suddenly I was having to pay for it out-of-pocket because "earlier that day" my insurance had "pulled their coverage" with their office. I was then told that I could pay for my cleaning in full and was assured that I would not owe anything additional. Two months later I received another bill for an additional $200. Did not treat my abscess with correct abx, just kept draining right jaw. It was so swollen. Pulled the molar when I was running a fever. Long story short, the infection fractured my jaw, plate placed, multiple abx...still dealing with it.

Front office person is very friendly and helpful. Dental staff is thorough and explains what they are going to do and why. Dr Zhao is great. He is thorough, explains things and has a sense of humor. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr Zhao and his staff make it pleasant.

Dr Zhao is awesome, extremely patient and caring. His staff is awesome and efficient. Highly recommended. I had emergency crown due to painful broken filling (from previous dentist) I was seen and fixed same day.
