Everyone made feel very welcome today! Everyone was so sweet and answered all my questions to my satisfaction! They made me feel so comfortable! My appointment was a great success and they eased my anxiety!
They have the worst billing! We will never go to a Dentalworks again We tried for over a year to get them to bill our correct insurance. They also were given the new insurance card the day of service. I spoke on the phone several times and emailed them the card more than once. Finally almost a year later she said she would bill it. But she only billed July 2024 service not the june 2024 service. I called them again no return call from them. I had to go in person to get it billed. Then they want the insurance card AGAIN! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, especially considering I’ve been coming here for over five years. There was no dentist available during my visit, and although I expressed concerns about my teeth, they took X-rays without providing any feedback. I was simply told that no one was available to review the results and give exact feedback and advised to contact the Strongsville Dental Works location.
