Excellent service, Dr Davis, Sharelle, the entire team awesome, no complaints only compliments, I Love this office, very professional yet friendly, they are very personable, highly recommend.
My only experience with DentalWorks is taking over half an hour to set appointments for my two sons, letting the rep know that the boys are on Medicaid, and then learning only the day before the appointments that DentalWorks doesn't actually take Medicaid patients, even though DentalWorks is listed as a provider on the boys' Medicaid dental portal. Please do better to train your staff to not set appointments for people you aren't prepared to service.
Save yourself time and money—this place has serious billing issues. On top of that, I had to have my dental work redone by another dentist because the original job was poorly done. Avoid this place at all costs!
