I had to change locations due to circumstances and I chose Beachwood dental works. I am so glad I did. I love the dentist. I love the office staff and I feel so comfortable and welcome when I’m there
I was initially a patient at their willoughby branch for years. In 2022 a new dentist came in, put a cap on that fell off shortly afterwards, And a filling had fallen out from that same appointment. They closed their practice and I was transferred to the beachwood location. They were extremely nice. I received several text messages leading up to my appointment where they refer to you as “royalty”. I was the only patient in the whole building at the time of my appointment. I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Davis was very thorough in his exam and explaining my X-rays . The ladies in the office were very pleasant. The only thing that bothered me was not explaining the cost of everything that was performed. I went in with the idea that my insurance paid 100% but an additional X-ray was completed that my insurance wouldn’t pay for and I had to pay out of pocket. And that wasn’t in my budget!
