I was met and treated with respect and professionalism. All future treatment plans were explained and made available during as well as at the conclusion of the visit.
Today I was very satisfied with the service I received at Dental Works. The Dentist and staff was very attentive and professional. My next appointment will be for me to get my teeth cleaned which is very important. Thank you so much Dental Works in Beachwood Off Chagrin Blvd.🥰
Very bad service, they canceled my appointments on three occasions, they give you a cost and then they increase it without explanation and finally the removal of staff in each appointment attends you to someone different. I'm not coming back.
Unfortunately I've tried to see them for an urgent appointment regarding an infected root canal I had done there but no one has contacted me back. There next urgent appt was 4 weeks out and they could care less. They took long getting my crown made, I came in one time and it was the same loose fitting crown as last time so I had to come back again. There's a barrier trying to speak with them I always just get there scheduling team and they're never able to reach anyone and the only option is for them to send an email. It's j... read more
