wrong information is provided by the associates over the phone, no follow ups, reminders for the appointment. we were told Free consultation if we have x-rays, then after reaching there they wanna charge $300.
The staff at Dental works are very friendly and personable. The doctors are helpful in making sure that you don't get work done that is unnecessary. The appointment reminders are very helpful. On the downside they could be better about doctors getting back to you , but overall a good experience.
When I arrived at this facility for a routine cleaning, everyone was very friendly. They sent me back for a full set of x-rays. After the dentist received my x-rays, he informed me that I had seven cavities. He never showed me the x-ray, where he was seeing any problems, and was very vague in answering questions. He also informed me that he would not clean my teeth until they did a deep root cleaning on a number of my teeth.
