Called in specifically requesting a cleaning and annual exam. When I arrived I was advised I would have to come back for the cleaning and they could only do the exam - I completely understand they are busy but so am I.. Would have been nice to have been advised while making the appointment that I would have two separate appointments.With my prior dentists I would have exam and cleaning during the same visit. Guess I've been spoiled! 🤣 Other than that the staff is super nice and professional.
Dr. Michael and Assistant Isabela were amazing! They took such good care of my dental needs, were professional and kind both visits. As an out of pocket payer everything was affordable and reasonably priced for my procedure. Happy that I have found a dentist on my side of town 🥳
This place operates as revenue driving operation that hires dentists vs a dentists office. Selling add-on services & products. Calling you monthly asking if you need those services & products. Then shockingly texting you about your next appointment- and if you don’t a actively call or text back, they cancel your appt. Self sabotage? I have never felt comfortable there even tho the people are friendly. I feel like I’m on the Truman Show. Somethings off.
What an amazing team this office has! Nadia Harke was especially helpful and inviting! She made all of my worries and nervousness disappear. She was very professional and did a great job at assisting with my appointment. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.
Nadia was the best. I was way early for my appointment and Nadia came and got me early. She’s very professional, polite and efficient.! Dr Kacer also greeted me. Ive always had the best care from the Ortho team (including Stephanie who is no longer there) and dental team. Thank you Dental Pros!
