Poorly managed dental office. I have gone to DentalPros at multiple locations in Tucson both for cleaning and oral surgery for more than a year. They scheduled me for cleaning recently. The appointment was made four months in advance and reconfirmed a month before the appointment. Six days before my appointment they called me saying they must reschedule because their hygienist is not available. They rescheduled me for a few days later at 4:30 pm. All they are concerned with is payment of the bill. I am not even through the door and Monique is inquiring how I am going to pay. Very bad business for an existing client, stay away!!!
Horrible customer service, the only concern of theirs is receiving their payment. I have been a customer for over a year and they will not bill me and refused to treat me until payment was made. I have never been so insulted in my life!!
Worst place to go, so unprofessional I was supposed to get a surgery for my wisdom teeth before that I got sent to another area by my main dentist to get a cleaning and review to see if I really did need the surgery, after that I get sent to this place FOR THE SURGERY I get their and they said that i needed a second review (to AGAIN tell me that i needed the surgery) like isn’t that why I got sent over here TO GET my surgery because I needed it like asap, as I’ve been in a lot of pain well they tell me some bs and paper work... read more
