I had three years of excellent Care at Dental Pro on Pantano. Unfortunately, I have left there due to an overlooked cavity which grew very large and got infected. I needed an antibiotic. I was referred to an endodontist for a root canal. The endodontist told me that a root canal was not the right solution. I needed an extraction of this molar. The endodontist did the extraction which was extremely painful.

The office claimed that I was out of network, despite the fact that the office was listed on my insurance website. I ended up going to a dentist down the street.

Poorly managed dental office. I have gone to DentalPros at multiple locations in Tucson both for cleaning and oral surgery for more than a year. They scheduled me for cleaning recently. The appointment was made four months in advance and reconfirmed a month before the appointment. Six days before my appointment they called me saying they must reschedule because their hygienist is not available. They rescheduled me for a few days later at 4:30 pm.
