This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. The dentist is absolutely a fantastic professional. The dental assistants are just as gifted. The front desk staff are highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, and are so friendly and helpful explaining everything. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. 5 stars all day
With everything going on with COVID I was a little weary of going to the dentist but from when I called to make the appointment to when I left I felt safe. They explained to their check in procedures before coming. They checked my temperature and screened me before I was seen. Dr. Rachel was very kind and made me feel at ease. Even though I need to get alot of work done, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be transferring my family to DentalHome.
My daughter had four cavities filled at this office in September, 2019. On that visit, she took radiographic images and panoramic image. One of the fillings broke off in June, 2020. She went back to the doctor. The doctor took a radiographic image, refilled the cavity. The front office said they would bill the insurance and we didn't need to pay out of pocket. Dr. Rachel makes a routine check up a pleasant and memorable experience. She has interesting conversation and is thorough and engaging. she is genuinely interested in her patients as people. This definitely makes for a better dental experience. Her expertise in the area of dentistry is outstanding. She makes sure that she follows all of the PPE protocol. You feel safe knowing that she has taken every possible precaution. The rooms are pristine and constantly cleaned for safety. I highly recommend this office!
I was referred by a friend and they did not disappoint. Dr. Rachel is top notch and the team is very attentive! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
