Very respectful of my needs. Stops as soon as asked and looks for ways to make me more comfortable. Gives good advice and recommendations for other oral care issues. Highly recommend this dental practice.
From the minute you walk in the door you are met with 1st class surrounds and service. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. I have major dental anxiety and Dr Mailen Farag was so calm and reassuring. She talked me through everything she was doing and is very knowledgeable and there is not even a hint of upselling or recommendations for unnecessary work to make a buck which I have encountered many times over the years elsewhere. Dr. Mailen is awesome! She is gentle but very thorough. She explained all the steps and provided me a quote of expenses entailed before performing the treatment. I also had the best teeth cleaning experience. Her use of music is really effective. It makes the patient feel relaxed. Highly recommended!
