I have worked for Dentalcorp and was fired for no reason. Did not receive notification, cause, no discussion, no severance and had been with the company for over 10 years. They do not follow labour standards laws. Beware before you sign up with them
Poor communication, Impossible to get a hold of head office, late on payments. Been working with dentalcorp for a mutual office of ours and it’s nearly impossible to get anything from them. The office manager from the clinic needs to “raise a ticket” with head office which will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to answer simple questions like, cheque numbers, amounts, dates etc. You would assume a huge Corporation taking over dental clinics, they would be on top of their business.
Awful company to work for, they care very little about employees or patients, and more on the profit they can make by turning healthcare into a cold, corporate factory. Very little scheduled time for patients, rushed appointments, minimal time allowed for cleaning and sterilization to regulations. Management within the company has poor leadership skills, as well as commiting illegal practices quote regularly. Horrible!!!!! Take days to reply to you if at all. Pay is never on time. Usually one to two weeks late! Terrible accounting department. Will tell all my dental companies never to use this company. Terrible service.
I wonder why you pay brand new employees more than ones that have been working there for 20+ years... and on top that the dentists takes so long to come into appts. that at the end of the day its making employees late and have to say 20-30 minutes EXTRA without pay. Maybe a report to the Ministry of Labour has to be made ....
