Dr. Bui is absolutely Amazing but her new receptionist staff is quite awful. I'm not sure what happened to Vanessa because she was incredible and I never had a problem with her but these new girls are pretty trash. They tried to tell me I would be charged for a cleaning when it's covered under my insurance and didn't bother explaining this to me when they called to confirm my appointment.
