This office is not the same office it was when my children first became patients. Over the past year, we have watched dentists and hygienists come and go, and after our recent experience, I no longer feel comfortable entrusting my children’s care to the current dental team. My daughter went in for what should have been a routine cavity filling and came out in tears with a large blood blister and multiple visible injuries inside her mouth. I cannot recommend this office. Going to fast food chain restaurants are bad, just like going to chain dental clinics. Both should generally be avoided! This place was great when I went there last year, when they first opened. I had a crown placed last year too. On 4/13 I went for my routine visit/cleaning. They had no hygienist so they said the dentist would do it. What a nightmare! Tubes and water everywhere. I have 5 kids and this was our first experience with Dental365. My boys all had good experiences- the dentists are nice, knowledgeable, and the office looks modern and clean. The reason I am giving this place 1 star is because of my daughter. My daughter is 16 years old and has autism. I have taken her to the dentist 20 times since I adopted her 10 years ago. We had a great dentist (MidState Dental on Locust Lane in Harrisburg, if anybody is looking), but our insurance changed and is no longer accepted there. They were only ... read more
Just had my 3rd visit here and as someone who gets a bit nervous/anxious about dentistry, I couldn't be happier with the service. Special thanks to Casey for scheduling me, Dr. Kolts and Rachel for doing the dental work. Both Dr. Kolts and Rachel routinely checked on my discomfort level, and got multiple fillings and an onlay done insanely fast and clean. I was so nervous to do my extraction, but staff made me comfortable and I literally felt no pain. I took 1 dose Ibuprofen post procedure anticipating pain, it's been 2days and I've not had any pain or adverse reactions. Definitely would recommend Dental365 for your dental services.
