From the moment I interacted with the staff, it was clear that they lacked basic professionalism and respect for patients. When I finally spoke to the staff member, she talked over me, refused to listen to my concerns, and even hung up on me when I expressed my frustration. This behavior was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. This was probably the best dental visit I’ve ever had, great care and attention and most importantly ZERO pain. Rachel is amazing Ron is probably the most charismatic person ever. 5 stars service.
