I like Dr. Kapgan for sure, nice person. His front desk people are HORRIBLE!! They lie, cheat you, try to charge you for everything, even things you do not know about, enter claims without your knowledge, very dishonest. I would go back to see the Dr., just can't because of the billing and front desk staff. Horrible.
