12/10/22 They refused to see me for my cleaning & annual exam today because i forgot my mask. They refused to provide one & said they are rescheduling my appointment. I got text & email reminders stating i would be charged $100 if i miss my appointment. I explained i had my 4th covid booster in October & I'm a nurse. I dont have more masks in my car because i used the last one at work yesterday and forgot to bring another today. Makes it impossible to get appointments. Does not let patients know their services will not be covered by insurance and hits them with charges months later. Front desk service is rude and short, was hung up on multiple times. Doctors bill for complaints that were not expressed by the patient. Awful experience multiple times over.
